Suggest Treatment For Low Pulse And Unusual Stress

63 male 6 3, 215 lbs. I have been previously diagnosed with A Fib ...................taking Losartan, 100mg, Pravastatin, 20 mg, Levothyroxine 25mg & Metoprolol, 50mg.BP has been ok, but pulse has been low (45-60). Been experiencing unusual stress and anxiety- work related and not sleeping well. Tonight I had a series of sudden movemements after sitting at computer for extended time and BP spiked and hearrate also...............BP 180 over 120 highest and pulse 115. Several reading takenall high. They declined after awhile. But I am experiencing a throbbing feeling in my chest under L pectoral. ?????
