Suggest Treatment For Light Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Misoprostol For Abortion

good afternoon dr. i took 200 mcg misoprostol two days before to abortion my 31 days... my last period is last month 10th to 14th. this month no period so i went to check up. urine test has come positive. so i took the tablet.. when i took the day only period came. only one day. next day i took another 200 mcg but no period... now i feel vomits... i have 1 year 6 month girl baby.

Understand your concern
Light vaginal bleeding due to following reasons: improper use and inadequate dose of misoprostol , ectopic/tubal pregnancy.
Mifepristone plus misoprostol is used for abortion not only misoprostol. Abortion pill should be used under observation and after getting advise. Transvaginal USG is needed for confirmation of intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days. Ideally 600 mg misoprostol should be followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. Extra 400 ug may be needed that is decide by gynecologist. Abortion process should be completed in 3-5 days as bleeding will stops. USG should be done after 14 days to confirm retain product of conception
