Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain During Pregnancy
hi i am 36 weeks pregnant and this is my 2 nd pregnancy. I ahve always had pain in my left foot even as early as 13 weeks....... but since a week or so.... my right leg would just give away as i am walking and i feel like the nerve in my left leg thigh down is getting twisted in another direction and is quite painful.I did not have any of this with my first child . what can i do to minimise the pain

you had pain in left foot at 13 week of pregnancy
at this stage you feel that your right leg will give away & you also feel nerve in left leg getting twisted.
pl sleep with legs raised, you can use soft pillow.
while sitting rest your legs on table or any other chair
avoid prolong standing
take supplements as adv by your obstetrician .
get yourself checked for varicose veins
