Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Due To Medial Meniscal Tear With ACL Laxity
I am a patient of medial meniscal tear with acl laxicity. This happened on oct 2013, but not treated for the first 1 month and swelling increased day by day with severe pain while climbing stairs, attempting to kneel or when squatting. Swelling is often present. Tenderness is also experienced on firmly touching the knee joint at the inner aspect of the knee. The knee is feeling unstable and now and then a locking experience during certain movements. I fell down 2 days back and knee got bent badly making conditions more worse. Now i am on glucasamine tabs 1-1/2 bid and combiflam and continuing wax therapy. Sir these meds help, i just want to avoid surgery.....I am from kerala...........can my ayurvedic state could cure my problems......I am suffering from this for the last 9 month......when my movements r restricted, knee feels better and swelling is decreased............Sir pls just guide me want to do..............I am highly depressed about this matter
