Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted in your query.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Your current health issues seem to be due to -jocki's itch / or genital candidiasis.
This is caused mostly by the jocki's itch or genital candidiasis as its penile and scrotal spread.Your eczema could be accompanied factor with this problem.
You should consult attending dermatologist -from skin department/ or Second opinion from other dermatologist .
Hence Other causes - need to be ruled out,by verification with Orthopedic Surgeon.

Do's-
Consult with dermatologist, who would investigate history and physically examine to fix the cause of -unusual spread on scrotum and penis- which is common with Candidiasis, but could be with jocki's itch-with usual groin spread due to eczema factor in your case.

Terbinafine(limisil) / flucanozole(Diflucan) or/ Itraconzole(sporanox) Orally for 2-12 weeks would be needed to cure it.
Combination steroid cream would resolve it fast, provided diabetes and anticancer medicines are ruled out.
This would resolve the complaints of your's.

Constant follow-up with local family or specialist dermatologist
for long term would give you long remissions of such pains in time to come, which would depend on meticulous follow-up treatment of your health concerns.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
For early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
