Suggest Treatment For Insomnia

hello doctor, i had a problem with my sleep. i am suffering from INSOMNIA,
and for that reason i couldnot sleep all over the night. its common that i could never get sleep in two or more days without having any pain or stress on brain. i want to know is there any herbal trestment or herbal medicine available. please suggest any help. as sleeping pills can't be sold without doctor prescription. please give me some advice.

Hello
I think you should follow sleep hygiene tips to help you sleep better:
Avoid daytime naps.
Avoid heavy meals, tea coffee and alcohol at bedtime.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation before sleep.
Avoid vigorous exercises at bedtime.
Take a warm water bath at bedtime and drink warm milk.
Associate your bed with sleep. Donot watch tv or read novels or keep lying idly on bed.
