I haven t had a bowel movement for about 5 days. Past 2 days I have been eating fiber and prune juice; just thinking that some antiobiotics I d taken a week before had me stopped up. Now I think I have a hemmoroid. Whats the best way to get the impaction out: enema, suppositories or finger/glove method? I am scared and have never had to deal with such a situation before. It s hard to stand, walk or sit at the moment. Please help.
