General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Diltigesic anovate provide symptomatic relief only. They can relieve pain and discomfort, they will not cure the disease.

Surgery is the treatment of choice and you can opt for surgery once the pain settles.

You can opt for newer techniques like stapler procedure as it has got less chance for recurrence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
