Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder. The itchy anus could be related to a fungal infection or hemorrhoids.
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests:
- a complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction
- cortisol plasma levels for possible adrenal gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes
- fasting glucose
- kidney and liver function tests
- a chest X ray study
- a urine analysis
-a stool bacterial culture.
You should discuss with your doctor on these tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
