Suggest Treatment For Graves Disease

Hi Dr, i have been having medicine for Graves disease for the past 1 yr, and along with that an oral contraceptive pill also. As a result of it I am not able to loose weight. I have been doing light cardio exercise. Please advice on how I can loose weight. I am still have the medicines and will probably be having it for the next 6 months

Hello,

When overactive thyroid (Graves' disease) is corrected, you will get back to the previous weight you had, so you will regain the lost kg.
To lose weight you need to combine diet with physical activity.
So you need to see a dietitian probably.
