General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The fissure can be healed with conservative management like:
- Sitz bath
- Dietary precautions to avoid spices
- Bulk laxatives
- Analgesic (tablets and ointment)
- Local hygiene care

The sentinel tag is usually asymptomatic, if annoying, can be removed via laser surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
