Suggest Treatment For Fever In An Infant
hello, my 20 months old son having fever for last 2 days. As per doctors advice I am giving him napa suspension. But the problem is that he have tendency of vomiting and not eating anything at all and for that getting so weak. Please tell me what to do.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion you can try Domperidone drops, according to weight, if symptom does not improved then, child need to be clinically examined, no need to take any chance, hope this information helps.
