Suggest Treatment For Fever And Chest Infection

my father was suffering from fever from last 15 days. blood test for all fever like typhoid, dengue malaria all ere -ve. after that our family phy advised for chest X day where it was deducted chest infection and water in lungs. please is this serious concerns. need your suggestion

Chest infection, water in lungs (pleural effusion) and persistent fever are more suggestive of tuberculosis.
So get done sputum examination for tuberculosis.
He will need anti tubercular drugs for at least 6-8 months.
With proper treatment, TB is 100% curable.
So no need to worry much, consult pulmonologist and start treatment.
