Suggest Treatment For Eye Infection, Swelling And Red Color In Eyes

i m from Nagaland, my sister currently studying in Ahmednagar college and she's in the Hostel in college campus itself.. presently her eyes got infections with in Red colour with swollen, even her Lecturer suggest to go a treatment. i will be very grateful if u suggest the best solution for a treatment at the earliest

It appears to be bacterial conjunctivitis. Start applying ofloxacin .3% eye drop 4hourly. In case of itching and pain take levocetrizine and hifenac p tablet Maintain hygiene of face and eye.
