Epilepsy patients life expectancy is nearly normal if seizures are well controlled. 70-80 % patients remain seizure free for life after withdraw of anti epileptics.
And even if seizures persist then today we have lot of good medications without side effects and pregnancy can be continued without drug withdrawl.
so go ahead.....marry ur dream girl. ...
best of luck......
