Hi Ms. Karthika,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. With grade 4 endometriosis, surgery can be contemplated to remove the obstructing deposits and also help to alleviate pain and discomfort. Since you are anxious to conceive, assisted reproduction is the best way out. The medications you have been advised to take are hormone contraceptive pill and progesterone. Natural conception, if at all, will be postponed once you use this medication since ovulation is inhibited. This is one form of treatment for endometriosis. You can take both the medications together to accentuate the anti-estrogenic effect. Hope this helps.
