General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Lynestrenol is a progestin preparation and can be used for endometriosis provided you are under care of an ophthalmologist expert. Get a gynecologist consult as the side effects of the drug need to be observed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
