Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. These are only slightly elevated sgot and sgpt so you should not worrry. It may stabilize on its own or some minor lifestyle changes should be done from your side. You should avoid alcohol and regulaze blood sugar and body weight. Also Sylimarin supplemtn should be taken. If there isstill elevation of liver markers then the next step is to look for certain liver damage such as viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, medications, alcohol intake or autoimmune diseases. To verify exact cause, US, bilirubin levels and tumor markers should be additionaly done then- Then appropriate treatment can be started.
