Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain And Allergic Reactions

My wife first had tight band at the back of her head at the ears level begining of March 2014. We went to see the 1st doctor and he said nothing wrong with her. Two weeks later, she got more heavier tightness, and her face and jaws muscle kind of tight with high anxiety, we went to another doctor and he said that she has ear infection. After 9 days of antibiotic ears drops and pills, she got the allergy reaction came out from her earlopes. We went to see an ENT doctor, he prescribed her the Cypro ear drop and pills. Three day later, she had the worse allergy reaction of redness all over her body, the redness was gone after three days with allergy medication. For the last two months, we went to allergist, neurologist and they still did not found out anything wrong with her with CT, Spinal fluid test, MRI and 6 Blood test. . Now She is better with lexapro 10 mg and Klonopin, but she still has tightness on and off, pulling inner ear pain on and off and chill on arm and leg, anxiety and depression. Do you think the allergy reaction has damage her inner ear? What kind of test she need to check to find out what was wrong with her and please help and thank you.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Allergic reaction and medication has not damaged the 'inner' ear as you have not mentioned any symptoms that would suggest this. Before tests she needs a good clinical examination.
