Suggest Treatment For Dysentery

My 4 year old daughter had high fever and we consulter a pedeac - With the medicines,it subsided, but then started the loose motions. She passed stools for 15-20 times a day and we also noticed blood in her poop. She would want to poop, but very little would come out. The doctor diagonised it as Bacillary Dysentry. She was administered Oflomac M Forte and Rinifol for 5 days.It has been3 days since the last dosage of medicine was given, but she still poops around 5-6 times in a day.Her appetite has improved, but since she poops around 6 times, she still seems very weak and hasn t put on any weight. The doctor has asked us to give her Enuff Xtra for 2 more days. Pls. suggest if this is the right mdeication. Also, she weighs only around 14-14.5 kgs for a 4 year old. Anything to help her put on weight would also be appreciated!
