Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for asking your query on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your question and it seems you may be suffering from a stomach infection. We usually prescribe such patients with antibiotics like Ofloxacin-ornidazole combination or with Tinidazole daily 3 times a day for 3-5 days. Also, keep yourself hydrated and drink a lot of clean water preferably ORS. You can take loperamide tablet if there is no fever or blood/pus in stools for stomach cramps.
Eat bland, low-fiber foods until you feel better like Bananas, Rice (white), curd and Toast. Avoid coffee, soda, fatty or spicy foods

If you feel feverish, get routine blood and stool test to know the cause of infection and consult a nearby doctor if symptoms not improving.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
