Have Tummy Cramps, Dysentery. Drinking Fluids. Have Pain In The Tummy. Treatment?

I started with tummy cramps at night,in the morning dysentery 1 time,then tummy cramps for 4 days and now dysentery and mild tummy cramps for 4 days.the last 2 days just dysentery at night,feeling better but food going through me,im drinking lots fluids,if I eat my tummy gurgles and after a few hours it goes through me.but tummy pains not as severe as before dysentery started

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis, either amebic or bacterial.
Take ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination tablets for 3 days.
If require take antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine as and when required for stomach pain.
Take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
