Symptoms are vision-related: Hold head still and move eyes to the side (right or left) - I get a sensation of movement...a twinge of dizziness, and my eyes feel like they rebound slightly before settling. Sometimes get the same thing with head movement, but moreso with just eye movement. My optometrist examined me and says my eyes move in concert and dip slightly before stopping at full right or left peripheral gaze. He has referred me to a specialist, but he can t see me for another week and a half. It is worse at the end of the day when I m tired than it is in the morning.
