Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

Hello, I went out to eat on Tuesday but once I got home I had to go to restroom and I had diarrhea. The next 4 days it s been hard I m not hungry but i force myself to eat but my stomach hurts so much and I have the worst cramps and I have been going to restroom atleast 4 times but all diarrhea. It started off brown then grown and now bright yellow but it all like slimy and stuff . Well my stomach still hurts and I still have to go to restroom a lot and it s the fifth day and I have also lost like 7 pounds from going to restroom so much

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of eating out on Tuesday, followed by diarrhea the moment you reached home, next 4 days it was hard, not hungry, worst stomach cramps, 4 times a day diarrhea, brown to bright yellow color and slimy stools. lost 7 pounds.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
- Send the sample of stool fr tests as well as that of blood.
Get a course of an antibiotic and Metronidazole along with probiotics from your Doctor and symptomatic treatment in the form of anti-spasmodic and ORS to maintain the electrolyte balance.
