I can understand your concern for dark patches on face near lips and over nose area.
After reading your query I can make out that it is post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. Basically our skin has a propensity to form more color on exposure to sunlight or on touching the area more frequently at particular sites. Therefore the color producing cells act on higher side to produce dark patches.
In my patients I generally use Kojic acid with arbutin cream or cream containing mild skin lightening agents. Other than this you can use a good sunscreen daily for two to three times per day. Eat best of your nutritive diet containing a lot of fruits and green vegetables which acts natural sunscreens.
Do not expose more to the sun as can cause more pigmentation.
All the best.
