Suggest Treatment For Damaged Sphinter Muscle & Angle Recession

i was hit by an egg directly to my orbit and i know i am suffering from blurred vision,pupil is semi dialated.i consulted to the opthalmologist. they are saying that the sphincter muscle is damaged and angle recession had also occured and the blurring of vision will be life time.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having sphincter muscle tear and angle recession after a injury to the eye.
The treatment in the initial phase is by use of antiinflammtory drugs and steroids to treat the associated iridocyclitis.
You require close follow up to look for development of angle recession glaucoma and treatment for the same if it develops.
