Suggest Treatment For Cramping Of Leg Muscle And Arms Every Night
I have leg muscle cramps and in arms every night. Warm water soaking bath seems to help for a while but still almost every night I have the problem. I have ramipril I have not takenbut is suppose to help open arteries. Could this help first question and 2nd question what could it be? I have to take colonzapham 1 mg every night up to 2 1 mg pills with soaking hot bath to sleep.

I really appreciate your concern if you have complaints of muscular pain arthralgia then this could be due to some infection either bacterial of viral, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this conditions with the following medicines,
1) Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen just at bed time
2) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days
if this regime does not helped then blood work need to be done, have nice day.
