Suggest Treatment For Chest Palpitations And Dizziness
Hi I am 27 years old I'm 5'5" weigh 135. I always get chest palpations and feel dizzy. I've been to the doc and had ekgs, halter, and an echo done and they found nothing othet than my heart rate is high. Lately My resting rate has been around 90-100 and for the past two days have had a lot of palpations. It is very scary it feels like my heart is stopping and then it beats very hard and goes back to normal. I've felt dizzy too. I just want to feel NORMAL agian. I go for a stress test soon too.
I would advise you to check your thyroid as well, as the symptoms can be caused by thyroid problems. Also have blood electrolytes checked. In your age ischemic heart problems are quite rare, so I think stress test will come back normal. If all tests come back normal, I would advise you to see your doctor, to check whether you have anxiety. Mild sedatives can help greatly, alternative variant is a low dose beta blocker, which is not encouraged in your age.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
