Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

im 47 yrs old and have osteoarthritis. I hurt across my chest and my left shoulder, my chest feels tight but ive hadmy heart checked its fine, jus dnt know wat causes the pain. it feels like im breaking in half. it hurts up the side of my nek and ear and left side ofmy head. just dnt kno kno wat else to do

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having musculoskeletal pain mostly due to osteoarthritis.
Since you have ruled out cardiac cause,no need to worry for this.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid movements causing pain.
4. Take good pain killer and muscle relaxant.
5. Also start vitamin D3 and calcium for osteoporosis.
6. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
7. Physiotherapy of shoulder and neck.
So better to consult orthopaedic surgeon and discuss all these
