Suggest Treatment For Cataract In A Diabetic Patient

Hi my mum is 58 and she has diabeties, recently she was disgonised with Motiabind and was advised that she will have a test in 6 months if there is motiabind then she needs to have an opereation for that. i just wanted to know if there is any prevention from operation if we can treat her without the operation. she resides in faridabad. diabetes can be treated but cataract can only be watched. an when it is time ihas to be operated. Till such time diabetes is to be treated and life style change is requeed. more physical activity and diet control is required
