Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation During Exhaling

Hello. I experience a burning sensation during exhale. This pain is felt in the center area of my chest lets say between the rib cages slightly off center to the right side (my right). The sensation/pain can be felt dung inhale also but less then when exhaling. what is the cause and treatment?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of costochondritis is more.
Inhalation and exhalation cause movements of rib cage. And pain of costochondritis is characteristically on movements.
But better to get done chest x ray to rule out internal lung disease.
If chest x ray is normal then costochondritis is likely.
So apply warm water pad on affected areas. Take simple painkiller like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
