Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

Ok i'm only 14 years old, and I have found blood in my stool. Before I went to the bathroom about 1 hour earlier I had fell on my butt, but not very hard, also I am not experiencing any stomach pains, no fever or anything. Only thing is that their is blood and on the toilet paper their was blood.
