Suggest Treatment For Black Spots And Bubbles In Vision

after my retinal detachment doctor performed mivs. the oil is drained our after four months fo surgery. now i see hundred of black spots suspending near my vision. also hudreds of minute bubbles clustered near my vision making more uneasiness. My doctor is telling the black spots are not detectable in his instrument as it is the microparticals of the oil he inseted in my eye. please advise me how to get rid of such problem.

they are floaters. it is unavoidable, specially after such procedure they are not related to instrument you can take the opinion of retina surgeon
