Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

Hi I'm Praveen, 28 years old. Last year I got some back pain and consulted doctor. After physiotherapy no improvements seen. Then went for MRI scan. The report was, Disc bulge in L5-S1. Doctor suggested for bed rest but still no improvement in my condition. Then I went for Yoga therapy. For about 9 to 10 months everything was fine. But now again I'm started getting pain after sitting for long hours. Is there any permanent solution for this? If yes, please suggest me.
