Suggest Treatment For Baby Having Low Hemoglobin Count/high Pressure In Lungs

Hi, I have a new born kid of 42 days old. He is having problem of 1. Lungs pressure is high average 60 to 70 - could not trace the basic cause 2. Low haemoglobin count - which is 7 currently We are based in Kerala and have consulted in Amratha Hospital. Please advice as we are worried.

is there any breathing problem in new born baby? is there any bleeding from any site?wether baby is sick or active.it may be physiological anemia of infancy
