Hello Although didn t mention complete history of illness of your father . But assuming that your father is an asthmatic patient and this asthma is due to allergy . For such type of cases you are chronic asthmatic patient I advise them to take montelukast+ bambuterol tablet once or twice in day with pantaloc-D . If asthma is due to allergy , your father will respond at once. If asthma is due to any other reason then it is very difficult to say something . If his hemoglobin is low ( say Since your father is discharged from hospital so in such cases I advise my patient to take hydrocortisone 400 mg intravenous bolus and instant dose . This is only once and your father will respond at once. Gentleman this is a prescription drug and you should consult your physician and take his advise , please don t misuse these drugs and these are meant only for emergency treatment .
