hello, my little boy is 5 and was sick last night, he had a temp of 101.9. i gave him calpol and took him outside to cool down. He went to sleep and slept through. he woke this morning and is very lethargic. he hasn't eaten anything either, which is very unlike him. he is complaining of a headache and doesn't like the light. he has also been sick again

You haven't mentioned age properly. 5 years or 5 months.As lot depends on age.Since he has headache+ lethargy+photophobia he needs to be seen by doctor. It could be simple viral or bacterial pharyngitis.But CNS pathology should be ruled out by examination
