Suggest Treatment For An Urinary Infection

I am a 50 yo female. Exerxise frequently. 5'5" and 125 pounds.

Recent physical showed all bloodwork normal, but urine showed:

Occult Blood : Trace

RBC 4-10

I have been searching the internet for answers. Have never had a urinary tract infection that I was aware of. 5 days before my physical I hurt my back in a major way by doing heavy lifting. Was in bed for 3 days. Not sure if that has anything to do with it?? Results were just emailed to me, but doctor office is closed for the day...
