Hello

Adenomyosis may present in various ways.It may be asymptomatic or it may cause infertility also.
Adenomyosis is a condition in which the inner lining of the uterus (endometrium)breaks through the muscle wall of uterus.

Chances for fertility can be improved by hormone therapies like levonorgestrel therapy.
Other conservative treatment options are NSAIDs like Ibuprofen.

Surgical options may include endometrial ablation etc.

It is possible to conceive naturally after treatment.

Get well soon.
Take Care
