General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.

Since your daughter is mentally handicapped deciphering the pain may not be correct as the medications of Pantoprazole and Razo-D should have helped for acidity problems.
I would advise her the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for proper examination.
Have an upper GI endoscopy.
X-ray and ultrasonography of abdomen.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
All these things will lead to a proper diagnosis allowing your Doctors to treat her according to the findings.

Take care.
Let me know how can I assist you further.
