Suggest Treatment For Acidity

i am suffering from dangour acidity,ihave this acidity when i was 11 years old,now i am 23 years old,i have taken all type treatment but not any result is there, pls if there any better treatment is possible for me than contact me,thanks & regards deepa s kale 0000 YYYY@YYYY

this is dr yash, i have gone through your question.
At the age of 11 acidity is unusual. you have mentioned that you have taken all type of treatment.
Have you gone through upper GI endoscopy, 24 hours PH monitoring (which tells yours stomach acidic level), breath urease test?
At this level i am suspecting H.Pylori infection because you have almost 12 years of history.

you should avoid spicy food.
TO diagnose H.pylori infection endoscopic guided biopsy should be taken from your stomach, till then you can take proton pump inhibitor (tab Omiprazole 20 mg before food).
