Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Dizziness

Hi for the past few days i have been suffering with very severe abdominal pains aswell as vomitting very high fever feeling dizzy and fatique i have taken iburofen but it does not seem to effect i am having trouble sleeping at night due to over heating and then being very cold!
