Hello ma'am and welcome.

Each medication administered during pregnancy has its side effects and risks, similarly with hyospasmol. In most cases, abdominal cramps this early in pregnancy could be due to a hormonal change. I would recommend a check on hormone levels and if not according to the norms, progesterone injections can be administered which can help ease the pain as well.

Please discuss everything in detail with a specialist.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
