Suggest Treatment For A Sore Throat

Hello. Last night my dog got sprayed by a skunk. I immediately started cleaning her up with tomato juice and vinegar and soap mixtures. While I was cleaning her, I noticed my eyes and my throat were burning from the smell. Sometimes it was so bad that I had to step away. It is the next day and I am at work and now I notice I have a sore throat. Could this be a chemical burn or something similar from the strong sulfur smell in the skunk s spray?
