What Is The Remedy For Burn Marks?

I recently purchased a salycilic acid solution of 30% online to try to use at home. Immediately after use, my face now has burn mark traces where the liquid touched. It seems I have a chemical burn from it. What can I use to get rid of this type of scarring and burn marks?

Hi,

The salicylic acid solution 30% is used by dermatologist for skin peeling. It is kept on skin only for few minutes, otherwise may cause severe chemical burn. One should not use at home without supervision of doctor.

Now to improve the skin I would recommend...

- Apply antibiotic cream like gentamicin
- Take antibiotic course
- Take anti inflammatory drugs
- Avoid sun exposure

Hope this helps.
