i feel sharp pain like needle pinch on my left side/back of the throat only when i swalow suliva, it's been 3 weeks. before that I had a bad sinus infection. I am finishing the antibiotics tomorrow, as last week was very painful, doctor suspected the infection. Dont have the radiating pain though, just the sharp, pinching pain in left side, below the adam's bone. ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

Since you have pain in the throat it is understood that either you have a reflux or an infection. In any case you need to consult an ENT or just take a throat swab and upper GI endoscopy and get back to me with the reports

regards
