This is a little awkward: my friend was fingering me yesterday an it normally feels really good but there was a sharp pain and I thought maybe his nail was rough but they were smooth so I had a little feel around and found a spherical hard lump on the wall of my vagina near my g spot about the size of a pea. I had noticed a similar one a couple of weeks ago at the tip of my cervix... I recently started using nexplanon as my birth control. What could these lumps be?
The bump might be due to ingrown hair follicle or just a pimple. Usually, this is very common and heals on its own. However, for quicker relief, you can apply Betnovate C gel (Betamethasone Valerate + Clioquinol) over the swelling. You can apply it 2-3 times a day. Warm compresses to the area may help. Keep the area clean with antiseptic soap or Savlon (Cetrimide + Chlorhexidine Gluconate). You do not need to stop your birth control pill or change dosage because of this.
If you do not find relief in 5 days, you should visit a physician or gynecologist for the physical examination of the area and specific diagnosis.
