Suggest Treatment For IUGR During Pregnancy

Hi Doctor this is my 2nd time of preganency . Ifrst time the miscarge had been done in 10th week after that this time the growth is very slow. As per doctor calculation the weeks need to be 8 week 6 days but as per ultasound record its coming 5 week 2 days. doctor is given us this time hucog 5000 and Lonapin 40 . is there is any more chances for growth

Given this large discrepancy in the dates for the pregnancy, there are two possibilities:

1. You are experiencing a miscarriage where the first sign is lagging growth
2. You have a healthy pregnancy and the dating of the pregnancy is wrong

In most cases, #2 is the most likely scenario. In our clinic, if the fetal heart rate is normal at the first scan, we would schedule a followup ultrasound in one week to see if there is interval growth. There is otherwise nothing you can do at this time - if the pregnancy is healthy, then everything will be fine.
