Suggest Treatment For Blood Stained Discharge In Pregnancy
Blood stained discharge in eight weeks pregnancy duration ten days. Patient had two doses of HCG injection weekly and progestrone vaginal tablets. Is it appropriate treatment and necessary to continue the treatment as advised by the obstetrician?.Patient 25 years old 1st pregnancy.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here if the patient is on hormone therapy in the form of vaginal suppository then this suppository could cause the lesion to vaginal wall and this could give the appearance of blood stain discharge this possibility need to be ruled out, I personally believe that in the pregnancy avoid all the medicine, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
