Hi.

I had gone through your query. Chronic consumption of heroin can lead to opioid dependance and addiction .

It can lead to withdrawal symptoms and craving when sudden cessation occurred after chronic use.
The symptoms that have you mentioned are withdrawal features of opioid addiction.

Primary aim is detoxification of it from body for which you have require opioid agonist therapy.
Indoor treatment is must.Consult psychiatrist or De addiction center for better evaluation and treatment.

It can be treated with opioid agonist like bupenorphin but dose is depend upon addiction and psychological evaluation.Bupenorphin van reduce all withdrawal feature and help to reduce craving.
Other symptomatic treatment is also advisable that can only possible during indoor stay.

So consult for better treatment.Better to avoid further use and be healthy.

Glad to help you further.

Thank you.
